The architecture cleanup was about 60% done. I was removing temporary components and unused modules to make the project easier to maintain.

Keycloak IAM integration was in place. Harbor OIDC was still blocked because the existing username and password grant flow had not changed. I planned to revisit it during the Tencent Cloud migration.

I fixed the service upgrade bug and completed integration testing. CLI improvements were still on the list. The layer size figures are in 2025-12-05.
