I refactored the base architecture to add Kafka and Spring events. The goal was to support scheduled service start and stop windows and split a long flow into states. I planned a Tekton pipeline task to report state changes.

My end-to-end AI coding experiment did not work as I wanted. I started splitting prompts by module, layer, and package.

I was using SonarQube rules manually in IntelliJ and considered adding a code quality gate. I was unsure whether writing more Copilot specifications for Hive would help.
